When will I receive my order?

The processing of your order, the manufacturing of the products and the delivery (free of charge) require our team a delay of 7 to 20 working days maximum. We do everything possible to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our merchandise.
How much does delivery cost?

If your order includes several items, it is possible that they will be sent separately, depending on available stocks and shipping partners. Don't worry, your package will arrive shortly.
Can I change my order?

Yes, as long as your order is not "in process".
Can I cancel my order?

It is possible to cancel your order! If the order is already in process, the cancellation fee will be 40% of the purchase price.

I wish to return an item

We are only able to accept a return in case of a proven product defect.

Our items undergo strict quality controls before each shipment. However, if your products have any kind of manufacturing defect, please send us a picture of the product in question (in the original packaging if possible) to cute-unicorn@gmail.com with your order number. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
My garment is too big or too small

All our textiles are accompanied by a size guide to avoid this kind of inconvenience to our customers. Our team has taken care to measure each article and to add the corresponding comment in each description. Therefore, the buyer assumes full responsibility for products that are too small / large. Nevertheless, we know that the purchase of such an item can cause great frustration.

Can I combine my discount codes?

No. Except in exceptional cases, we only accept one discount code per order.
